Health care


I think health care is very important. First, I think should try to exercise regularly every day is best. For example, take a walking or running every night or go to the gym in the free time. Next, I think should eat fruit and vegetable instead of cake and hamburgers, because fast food is many greasy, so fast food is bad healthy. Try to choose low-fat foods, low-fat cheese and milk low-fat. I think eat natto and tofu are good healthy foods. Next, I think should drinking and smoking is bad the health. I don’t smoking, because smoking is unhealthy, became sick at the future. So I think very important health.
