Health care

I think health care is very important. First, I think should try to exercise regularly every day is best. For example, take a walking or running every night or go to the gym in the free time. Next, I think should eat fruit and vegetable instead of cake and hamburgers, because fast food is many greasy, so fast food is bad healthy. Try to choose low-fat foods, low-fat cheese and milk low-fat. I think eat natto and tofu are good healthy foods. Next, I think should drinking and smoking is bad the health. I don’t smoking, because smoking is unhealthy, became sick at the future. So I think very important health.

I have one sister and one brother. My sister is 22 years old. My brother is 25 years old. My sister is very reliable. My brother is very kind. I love my brother and my sister.

My Room

My room is very cozy. There are two windows and the closet, the desk is in the center of the room. The Shelf color is almost white. There are carpet and the TV, personal computer are white. Because I like simple color. My bed is next to the window and the bookshelf. My bed throw color a floral design. My book shelf is across from the TV. There are a kewpies doll and a calendar on the side of the TV. The TV is next to the personal computer. Next, I like a picture and my hobby is taking a picture, so my room is hanging photographs above the bookshelf. Finally, my room is the very good room.

My home town

I’m from Yamanashi. I lived in Kofu city. Yamanashi famous foods are peach and grape, houtou. Houtou is very delicious. Yamanashi is water very delicious, because very near the Mt. Fuji. Yamanashi famous person is Hidetoshi Nakata, Shingen Takeda. Yamanashi is very hot in the summer, but my home town is very good spot.

My life

First, I’m wake up at 7:40a.m. weekday and before I eat breakfast at 8:00a.m . I go to Tokai University by bike. I take class from 9:00 to 3:30. I get back home from university. Next, I’m going to part-time job from 5:00 to 8:30. I work to bakery. I take the train back home at 8:50p.m and I eat dinner at 9:00p.m. I usually go to bed at 1:00a.m. Next, I’m wake up at 9:00a.m holiday. I like clean, so I give the room a cleaning. I like shopping. So I’m going to shopping with my friends. Finally, I enjoy every day!

My hobby

My hobby is listening to music. I listen to music every day. My favorite singer is Kobukuro and Ayaka, Yuzu, so I going to Kobukuro’s concert at summer vacation . Next, I hobby is taking photographs. I like Kyoto, so I want to taking photograph a beautiful landscape at Kyoto.

In my free time

I enjoy going out in my free time. For example, I like shopping, so I constantly go shopping in Numazu, Kofu, at Yamanashi. I like bought clothes and sundry goods at shops. I bought a bag and one-piece dress, last weekend. But now I have not money, so I don’t go shopping now days. I like going out to eat with my friends. I like sport. I enjoy playing basketball with my friends at Tokai Kofu high school in Yamanashi. Sport helps reduce at stress. When I don’t go to high school, I go walking and jogging. I playing sport in my free time.
